If you have a question about any of our pieces, you can email our "jade expert" at questions@AntiqueJades.com. Our jade experts are often in the orient and do not have access to email, so please allow 1 to 2 weeks for a response to difficult questions.

If you are interested in a particular piece and would like some better pictures, please send a request to sales@AntiqueJades.com. We will take the best pictures possible for the specific piece(s) and email them to you. We will try to respond within 72 hours of your request.

  1. We guarantee that every Chinese Jade object offered for sale has been examined by our experts and is "as represented", to the best of our abilities.
  2. We will take back, for full cash refund (less postage charges), any jades returned to us within 15 days of your receipt - no questions asked.
  3. We will take back IN TRADE for other Chinese merchandise or jades, AT FULL VALUE, any jades sold by us, NO TIME LIMIT. As we have been in the jade business since 1968, that is a meaningful guarantee. We only ask that your trade-backs not exceed 2/3rds of the new purchases.
  4. A photo-certificate of any Chinese jade purchased can be had for $10.00 at the time of sale. A STANDARD CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY IS PROVIDED FREE WITH EVERY JADE SOLD.
  5. DISCLAIMER: We recognize there are differences of opinion in all areas of antiques. In a field as difficult as Chinese artifacts, where everyone in Asia has a different axe to grind, this can be especially vexing. Though we have been inside mainland China over 30 times, visited countless museums, read hundreds of books and catalogs and had similar numbers of discussions with so-called experts, WE MAKE NO CLAIMS OF PERFECTION IN OUR ASSESSMENTS, and always stand willing to learn from and correct any of our mistakes. Thus all opinions as to period, style, tomb alterations, material, and quality of workmanship are given in good faith and to the best of our knowledge and abilities.
  6. We further recognize that any business has the right not to be buffeted by every wind of disagreement, especially those blowing from its competitors. There is a lot of jealousy and negativity among many in the field of Chinese historical and cultural artifacts, including jades. WE REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE IN THAT, and HOPE OUR FRIENDS AND CLIENTS WILL ALSO REFRAIN FROM SUCH SMALL BEHAVIOR.
