To order any of our unique Jade carvings, complete the following instructions. You have two choices for ordering and paying for your purchases. Please refer the "About Us / Guarantees" section of this web site for important information about purchasing our jade products.

1. Select the jade pieces you wish to purchase. Note the piece number(s) and the prices.
2. Determine the total cost of the pieces. Shipping costs are based on the total dollar purchase (see shipping charges below).
3. You can order our pieces through the mail with a personal check, certified check or money order. You can also purchase over the phone with a credit card. Determine how you would like to purchase your pieces and then follow the instructions below.
4. If you would like to purchase by mail, send us an email with your name, email address, phone number and the pieces you would like to purchase. We will hold the pieces for 7 days. Determine the total cost plus shipping (detailed below) and send a personal check, certified check or money order to our mailing address along with a written list of items you wish to purchase. Once we receive your check, we will ship your purchase, insured, via the USPS. If you send a personal check, we will hold the order for 5-7 days while the check clears.
5. If you would like to purchase via credit card, call us at (904) 288-8190. We will take your order over the phone, bill your credit card and ship your purchase, insured, via the USPS. If we are unavailable when you call, leave a voice message with your name, phone number and time when you can best be reached. We will return your call as soon as possible.
6. As noted in our guarantees, you will have 15 days from receipt to inspect the piece(s) and return them if not satisfied. Refunds will be via check or a credit to your card.
